We read every message ourselves.

The Honorary Secretary opens the post most mornings. The Honorary Treasurer answers donor enquiries by hand. Allow up to three working days for a reply, longer if you write to us in the week of the AGM. If your enquiry concerns a current admission, please ring the ward directly via the hospital switchboard.

A note on response times

We are a small office. Most replies arrive within three working days.

The week before the AGM (early September) and the fortnight after the year-end (early October) are slower. We apologise in advance.
