Resources

Forms, handbooks, and a small printed history.

A short shelf of printed material — the forms you might want for a standing order or Gift Aid, the handbook we give every new volunteer, our patient-facing comforts list, and a slim history of the Friends written for the fiftieth anniversary in 2018. All are free to download; all are also available on paper from the office.

The Friends’ printed publications laid out on a wooden desk at the Stoke-Sub-Hamdon office — a thin handbook, a Gift Aid form, the fiftieth anniversary booklet with the gold seal on the cover.
